In January 2011, my husband and I utilized Stephanie’s CPA business to file our family’s income taxes. Previously, we had employed the accounting firm of a different CPA. She did some quick math and realized it would be advantageous to us to refile last year’s claim and seek out the credit we were eligible for. She willingly processed the paperwork for a nominal cost and was even willing to redo the paperwork when I, in an absent-minded moment, realized I had made a mistake in our numbers. She happily typed up the new paperwork for the return and reprinted it for us at no additional cost. Our current year return was processed flawlessly and immediately, and she maximized our return to the fullest eligibility.
